I. Mục đích:
Cấu hình Terminal Service hỗ trợ Web Access và chia sẻ Application
Bài lab bao gồm các bước:
1. Cài đặt Terminal Services
2. Tạo user và cấp quyền Remote Desktop cho user
3. Client kết nối vào Terminal Server bằng Remote Desktop Connection
4. Client kết nối vào Terminal Server bằng Web Access
5. Cấu hình Remote Application
6. Client kết nối Remote Application
7. Tạo file .MSI cho Remote Application
8. Client cài đặt file .MSI và kiểm tra
II. Chuẩn bị:
Bài lab bao gồm 2 máy:
- Máy Server: Windows Server 2008 (Máy Server có cài đặt MS Office 2007)
- Máy Client: Windows Vista hoặc Windows Server 2008
Cấu hình TCP/IP cho 2 máy như sau:
Máy Server: 192.168.10.14/24
Máy Client: 192.168.10.15/24
III. Thực hiện:
1. Cài đặt Terminal Services
- Tại máy Server, log on Domain Administrator password P@ssword
- Mở Server Manager từ Administrative Tools, right click Roles, chọn Add Roles

- Trong cửa sổ Installation Results, kiểm tra quá trình cài đặt thành công, chọn Close

- Mở System trong Control Panel

- Trong cửa sổ System Properties, tại tab Remote, kiểm tra có chọn Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)

2. Tạo user và cấp quyền Remote Desktop cho user
- Mở Computer Management từ Administrative Tools, bung Local Users ang Groups, right click Users chọn New User…

- Tạo user Teo password P@ssword

- Vào mục Users, right click user Teo chọn Properties

- Trong cửa sổ Teo Properties, vào tab Member Of, add group Remote Desktop Users vào danh sách, chọn OK

3. Client kết nối vào Terminal Server bằng Remote Desktop Connection
- Tại máy Client, log on Administrator password P@ssword
- Vào Start\Programs\Accessories mở Remote Desktop Connection, nhập địa chỉ IP của máy server (vd: 192.168.10.14) vào ô Computer name, chọn Connect

- Kiểm tra kết nối thành công vào Terminal Server

4. Client kết nối vào Terminal Server bằng Web Access
- Tại máy Client, log on Administrator password P@ssword
- Mở Internet Explorer, truy cập vào địa chỉhttp://IP của terminal server/ts (vd: http://192.168.10.14/ts)
- Trong cửa sổ chứng thực, nhập user Teo password P@ssword, chọn OK

5. Cấu hình Remote Application
- Vào Start\Programs\Administrative Tools\Terminal Services mở TS RemoteApp Manager, chọn Action, chọn Add RemoteApp Programs

- Trong cửa sổ Welcome to the RemoteApp Wizard, chọn Next

- Tại máy Client, mở Internet Explorer, truy cập vào địa chỉ http://192.168.10.14/ts
- Trong cửa sổ chứng thực, nhập user Teo password P@ssword, chọn OK

II. Chuẩn bị:
Bài lab bao gồm 2 máy:
- Máy Server: Windows Server 2008 (Máy Server có cài đặt MS Office 2007)
- Máy Client: Windows Vista hoặc Windows Server 2008
Cấu hình TCP/IP cho 2 máy như sau:
Máy Server: 192.168.10.14/24
Máy Client: 192.168.10.15/24
III. Thực hiện:
1. Cài đặt Terminal Services
- Tại máy Server, log on Domain Administrator password P@ssword

- Vào Start\Programs\Accessories mở Remote Desktop Connection, nhập địa chỉ IP của máy server (vd: 192.168.10.14) vào ô Computer name, chọn Connect

7. Tạo file .MSI cho Remote Application
- Vào Start\Programs\Administrative Tools\Terminal Services mở TS RemoteApp Manager. Trong RemoteApp Programs, giữ phím Ctrl chọn:
Microsoft Office Excel 2007
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
Microsoft Office Power Point 2007
Microsoft Office Word 2007
chọn Create Windows Installer Packages

- Trong cửa sổ Welcome to the RemoteApp Wizard, chọn Next

8. Client cài đặt file .MSI và kiểm tra
- Tại máy client, vào Start\Run, truy cập vào địa chỉ \\địa chỉ ip máy server (vd: \\192.168.10.14)

- Trong cửa sổ chứng thực, nhập user Teo password P@ssword, chọn OK

- Sau khi truy cập thành công vào máy server, mở folder Packaged Programs

- Cài lần lượt tất cả các file .msi
